Monitoring renews at £10/month (Protect) or £15/month (Protect & Retrieve). You can also pay annually at £120 / £180 for a small discount. We'll always email a renewal reminder a month before - no auto-rolling subscriptions without your explicit consent.
No. Hardware, fitting, SIM, monitoring and recovery service are all included. The only optional extras are battery-backup secondary units (Premium has this included) and any specialist install requirements on unusual vehicles, which we'd quote upfront.
Many insurers do offer reduced premiums for vehicles fitted with monitored, insurance-recognised trackers. We'll send you a certificate after install which you can submit to your insurer. Discounts vary - call your provider to check.
Yes. You can cancel monitoring at the end of any billing period - the hardware remains yours. We'd just need to deactivate your portal access and stop the SIM.
Yes - we offer split payment over 3-6 months at no extra cost. Mention this when you submit your quote and we'll send the options.
