These terms govern your use of AAsset Protect & Retrieve ("the Service") provided by Northwest Car Group from Kirkham, Lancashire. By purchasing a tracker, monitoring plan, or registering an account on this site, you agree to these terms.
We supply, install and monitor vehicle tracking devices. Our service includes:
Monitoring plans run on annual or monthly terms as selected at checkout. Annual plans renew automatically on the anniversary of activation unless cancelled at least 14 days before renewal. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
Hardware is sold outright and is not refundable once fitted, except as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the case of faulty product.
Prices on this site are inclusive of VAT and stated in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the point of activation by card via Stripe or PayPal, or by bank transfer using a unique payment reference issued to your account. Failed or returned payments may suspend monitoring and recovery services until cleared.
We will install your device at the address provided at the time of booking. You confirm you are the owner or authorised keeper of the vehicle. The installer may decline to fit if the vehicle is unsafe, locked out of access, or significantly different from what was booked.
If your vehicle is stolen we will, on receipt of a verified theft report and crime reference number:
We do not guarantee successful recovery. Recovery depends on factors outside our control including signal availability, the actions of thieves, and police priorities. We do not authorise our staff or agents to enter a property by force or to take action that could risk personal injury.

If a tracker is found to have been deliberately tampered with, monitoring may be suspended without refund.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of use of the vehicle, hire car costs, or loss of business.
You have a 14-day right to cancel new monitoring contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the tracker has not yet been fitted. Once fitting has taken place, hardware is non-refundable but the unused portion of monitoring fees may be refunded at our discretion.
If you are a registered reseller, additional reseller terms set out in the reseller portal apply alongside these terms. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears on cleared customer payments.
We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. We will give reasonable notice except where suspension is necessary to protect the platform or other customers.
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
